Before you file a Change of Address form, consider the following conditions:

If you have been the victim of domestic violence, trafficking, and other crimes, you should look up the VAWA/I751 section of the Change of Address Information Page for instruction on how to change your address.

If you have a myUSCIS account, you should instead visit the myUSCIS login page (unless you fall into the category of "Victims of Domestic Violence, Trafficking, and Other Crimes" - then see above).

If you are a Civil Surgeon, please consult the Civil Surgeon information page instead.

If you are a US Citizen, you should only need to change your address if you have a Pending Case, or if you submitted an affidavit of support for another person. In the latter event, please check form I865.
