There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
Filing Services

This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.


Driving directions are as follows:

Take Interstate 65.

Get off at Exit 256 for Oxmoor Road.

Head east on Oxmoor Road.

Take a left onto Palisades.

Cross Valley Street to Rockford Lane.

At the end of Rockford Lane turn left on Beacon Parkway West.

Case Services
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
