OFFICE HOURS:

This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Traveling From the North:

Take 1-85 South to Exit 178, US-70 toward Raleigh-Durham Airport.

Merge onto I-540 West via exit 293 toward I-40 Raleigh-Durham Airport and continue on NC-540 West.

Take Exit 69 toward Cary/Chapel Hill.

Turn left onto NC-54/Chapel Hill Road and turn left onto Carrington Mill Boulevard.

Take the first right into the Market at Perimeter Park Shopping Center.

The Application Support Center is the second building on the right.

You will be at the rear of the building.

The entrance is at the front of the building.

Traveling From the South:

Take I-95 North to Exit 81 I-40 West toward Raleigh.

Merge left onto NC-540 via exit 283A toward US-64/Apex/Pittsboro.

Take Exit 69 toward Cary/Chapel Hill and turn left onto Carrington Mill Boulevard.

Make the first right into the Market at Perimeter Park Shopping Center.

The Application Support Center is the second building on the right.

You will be at the rear of the building.

The entrance is at the front of the building.

Traveling From the East:

Take I-40 West to Exit 283A.

Continue on I-540 West toward US-64/Apex/Pittsboro.

Merge onto NC-540 via the ramp on the left to Exit 69 toward Cary/Chapel Hill.

Turn left onto Carrington Mill Boulevard and take the first right into the Market Perimeter Park Shopping Center.

The Application Support Center is the second building on the right.

You will be at the rear of the building.

The entrance is at the front of the building.

Traveling From the West:

Take I-40 East to Exit 283A.

Continue on I-540 West toward US-64/Apex/Pittsboro.

Merge left onto NC-540 and take exit 69 toward Cary/Chapel Hill.

Turn left onto Carrington Mill Boulevard and take the first right into the Market at Perimeter Park Shopping Center.

Traveling From the Raleigh USCIS Field Office:

Take the 1st Right Out of the Parking Lot onto Central Park Drive.

Turn left onto South Miami Boulevard which becomes Chapel Hill Road/NC-54.

Turn left onto Carrington Mill Boulevard and take the first right into the Market at Perimeter Park Shopping Center.

The Application Support Center is the second building on the right.

You will be at the rear of the building.

Service Area
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.
Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
Filing Services
There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC.
Case Services
If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.

You should call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283, during the hours we offer live assistance for information and assistance on Case Services.
