OFFICE HOURS:

This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Head North on South Charles Street toward East Lombard Street.

Turn right onto East Baltimore Street.

Turn left onto North Gay Street.

Take the Interstate 83 North ramp on the left.

Merge onto I-83 North.

Keep left at the fork to continue on Jones Falls Expressway.

Take the Exit onto I-695 West.

Take Exit 20 for MD-140 South toward Pikesville.

Merge onto I-40 East/Reisterstown Road.

Turn right onto Old Court Road.

Turn left on Bedford Avenue.

The Application Support Center is on the left.


Traveling South From Cockeysville:

Take I-83 South.

Take I-695 West/I-83 West Exit Toward Baltimore.

Merge onto I-695 West/I-83 South.

Keep right at the fork to continue onto I-83 South.

Take Exit 10A-10B for Northern Parkway.

Turn right onto West Northern Parkway.

Take MD-129 North Park Heights Avenue to Bedford Avenue.

Turn right onto Bedford Avenue.

Traveling East from Randallstown:

Head Southeast on Liberty Road toward Fieldstone Road.

Turn left onto Old Court Road.

Take I-695 West.

Take Exit 20 for MD-140 South towards Pikesville.

Merge onto MD-140 East/Reisterstown Road.

Turn right onto Old Court Road.

Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.

You should call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283, during the hours we offer live assistance for information and assistance on Case Services.

Please note: Application Support Centers do not directly provide Case Services assistance that is related to the status of applications or other associated services.
