This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.


Traveling North from the Old Site:

Head North on South Warren Street toward East Jefferson Street.

Take the 2nd left onto East Fayette Street.

Take the 2nd right onto South Salina Street.

The office is on the right.

Traveling South:

Go southeast on North Salina Street Toward Catawba Street.

Make a slight left onto North State Street.

Turn right onto James Street.

Turn left onto North Salina Street.

Traveling East from the West Side:

Take I-690 East.

Take Exit 12 for West Genesee Street.

Turn left onto West Genesee Street.

Turn left onto North Salina Street.

Traveling West from the East Side:

Take I-690 West.

Take Exit 13 for Townsend Street toward Downtown.

Merge onto Brown Street.

Turn left onto North Townsend Street.

Service Area
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.
Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
