Office Hours and Directions

This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.


Take Interstate 43 North or South bound to exit 73.

Exit 73 leads to Route 145.

Take Route 145 East, which, at 6th Street, turns into McKinley Avenue.

Go straight (East) on McKinley Avenue until it crosses the Milwaukee River at the intersection of Water and McKinley.

Continue eastbound until McKinley ends and East Knapp Street begins.

Continue straight (East) for 2 blocks to the intersection of Broadway and Knapp Street.

You will see the Homeland Security Office on the left.

PARKING: There is parking available near the office. The rates range from $1.50 to $5.00 per day; hourly rates are also available. There is also on-street parking available on streets surrounding the office.

Service Area
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.
Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
