Office Hours and Directions
OFFICE HOURS:

This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

Take Interstate 40 to Exit 145.

Go south on South Meridian Street approximately 3 miles to Newcastle Road.

Turn left onto Newcastle Road.

Go one block and turn right on Southwest 44th Street.

The Application Support Center is located in the USCIS building on the right (the building with the blue roof).

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

If you are using public transportation there are two city bus stops, approximately one mile away from the office. One stop is at SW 44th Street and Portland Avenue. The other stop is at SW 29th Street and Meridian Avenue.

PARKING: There is public parking available near the office.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY: This office is handicapped accessible.
Service Area
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.
Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
Filing Services
There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
Case Services
If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.

You should call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283, during the hours we offer live assistance for information and assistance on Case Services.

Please note: Application Support Centers do not directly provide Case Services assistance that is related to the status of applications or other associated services.
