OFFICE HOURS:

This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 3:30PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From Interstate 15 North:

Take Exit 193 for Cedar Street.

Stay straight to go onto Washington Street.

Turn right onto Skyway Drive.

From Interstate 15 South:

Take Exit 193 for Cedar Street.

Turn left onto Cedar Street.

Turn left onto Washington Street.

Turn right onto Skyway Drive.

From Interstate 90 East:

Take Exit 174 for US-12 towards Garrison/Helena.

Merge onto US-12.

Turn left onto Last Change Gulch Street/Interstate 15 Business Road.

Last Change Gulch Street/Interstate 15 Business Road will become North Main Street/Interstate 15 Business Road, after which it becomes Interstate 15 Business Road/Cedar Street.

Turn left onto Washington Street.

Turn right onto Skyway Drive.

From Interstate US-12:

Take the ramp for Interestate 15 North/US-287 North toward Great Falls.

Merge onto Intersate 15 North.

Take Exit 193 for Cedar Street.

Stay straight to go onto Washington Street.

Turn right onto Skyway Drive.

Service Area
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.
Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
