OFFICE HOURS:

This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Head North on North Main Street toward West 17th Street.

Turn Right to Merge onto Interstate 5 South.

Take Exit 101 B for Red Hill Avenue.

Turn Right onto Red Hill Road.

TRAVELING EAST:

Head North on North Standard Avenue toward East Borchard Avenue.

Turn Right onto East McFadden Avenue.

Service Area
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.
Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
