OFFICE HOURS:

This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From the North:

Take Interstate 95 South.

Take Exit 8A for 95th Street.

Turn right onto 95th Street.

Turn left onto NW Seventh Avenue/US 441.

Make a left into the parking lot for the building at 8801 NW Seventh Avenue.

From the South:

Take Interstate 95 North.

Take Exit 7 to 79th Street.

Make a left onto 79th Street.

Turn right onto NW Seventh Avenue/US 441.

Make a right into the parking lot for the building at 8801 NW Seventh Avenue.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

METRORAIL: The Government Center and Culmer metrorail station both provide access to the 77 and 277 bus lines.

Service Area
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.
Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.

You should call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283, during the hours we offer live assistance for information and assistance on Case Services.
