This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.


Traveling North from John F. Kennedy International Airport

Follow I-678 North.

Merge onto I-495 West via Exit 12B toward Midtown Tunnel.

Take Exit 15 toward Van Dam Street.

Merge onto Borden Avenue.

Turn Right onto Van Dam Street.

Turn Left onto Thomson Avenue.

Turn slightly right onto 44th Drive.

Turn right onto 23rd Street.

Turn left onto 43rd Avenue.

The ASC is on the right.

Traveling South From Manhattan

Go toward I-495 East to the Queens Midtown Tunnel.

Take the I-495 East via Exit 14.

Merge onto 21st Street.

Turn right onto 43rd Avenue.

Traveling East From Midtown, Manhattan

Take the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge.

Turn Left onto 21st Street.

Traveling West From Laguardia Airport

Take Grand Central Parkway West, which becomes I-278 East.

Continue on I-278 East.

Take Exit 45 toward 31st Street.

Merge onto Astoria Boulevard.

Turn Left onto 21st Street.

Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
