Office Hours and Directions
OFFICE HOURS:

This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Thursday and 8:00AM to 12:00PM, on Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Thursday and 9:00AM to 11:00AM, on Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From the west, follow Moravian Highway.

Make a right turn at the third light on Sub Base Road at Nisky Center.

Follow Sub Base Road to BCIS, which is on the lower level of Nisky Center South.

From the East, follow Veterans Drive to Sub Base Road.

Turn left and follow Sub Base to BCIS, which is on the lower level of Nisky Center South.

Public transportation is available using Subbase City or City-USVI services.

Service Area
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.
Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
Filing Services
There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
Case Services
If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.

You should call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283, during the hours we offer live assistance for information and assistance on Case Services.

Please note: Application Support Centers do not directly provide Case Services assistance that is related to the status of applications or other associated services.
