This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Merge onto Interstate 76 West.

Take Exit 346B toward University Avenue.

Merge onto South 34th Street.

Continue onto South University Avenue.

Turn left onto Market Street.

Turn right onto North 41st Street.

The Application Support Center is on the left.

TRAVELING SOUTH FROM NORTH PHILADELPHIA I-95 South:

Merge onto Interstate 676 West/US-30 West toward Interstate 76/International Airport/Valley Forge.

Keep right at the Fork and follow signs for Interstate 76 East/International Airport.

Take Exit 345 toward 30th Street/Market Street.

Turn right onto Arch Street.

Arch Street turns slightly Left and becomes North 30th Street.

Service Area
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.
Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
Filing Services
There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC.

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.

You should call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283, during the hours we offer live assistance for information and assistance on Case Services.

Please note: Application Support Centers do not directly provide Case Services assistance that is related to the status of applications or other associated services.
