OFFICE HOURS:

This office provides services to the general public by appointment from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Traveling North From Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and Salina Areas:

Take US-101 North toward San Jose.

Take Exit 388C to merge onto Interstate 880 South toward Los Gato/Santa Cruz.

Take the exit toward Coleman Avenue.

Turn right onto Coleman Avenue.

The Application Support Center is on the right.

Traveling South From The East Bay Area:

Take Interstate 880 South.

Continue to follow Interstate 880 South to San Jose.

Take the exit toward Coleman Avenue.

Turn right onto Coleman Avenue.

The Application Support Center is on the right.

Traveling East From Palo Alto and Mountain View Areas:

Take US-101 South to San Jose.

Take Exit 391B for De La Cruz Boulevard toward Santa Clara.

Merge onto West Trimble Road.

Make a slight left onto De La Cruz Boulevard.

Make a sligh left onto Coleman Avenue.

Make a U-turn at Brokaw Road.

The Application Support Center is on the right.

Traveling West From Alum Rock:

Take Interstate 680 South.

Take the exit onto US-101 North toward San Francisco.

Take Exit 388C to merge onto Interstate 880 South toward Los Gatos/Santa Cruz.

Take the exit toward Coleman Avenue.

Turn right onto Coleman Avenue.

The Application Support Center is on the right.

Parking & Accessibility
PARKING: There is free parking available in the front of the building.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY: This office is handicapped accessible. Handicap parking is also available.

Service Area
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.
Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
Filing Services
There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
Case Services
If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.

You should call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283, during the hours we offer live assistance for information and assistance on Case Services.
