Disability Accommodations for Appointments

If you need a disability accommodation so that you can participate in a scheduled USCIS appointment, request your accommodation by answering the questions below.

NOTES:
  • If you need an accommodation but you do not have a receipt number, you can make your request by calling the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283 (TTY 800-767-1833).
  • Do not submit a request if you are a naturalization applicant seeking a medical exception from the English and/or civics testing requirements. You must make your request by completing the Form N-648, Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions.
  • An accommodation request must be submitted each time you need one, for each appointment.
