mailed? When a benefit is granted and a document is required, the
document is generated and mailed. Unfortunately, sometimes the document
is not received. You can create an inquiry with USCIS when you did not
receive a document that was mailed.
NOTE: You can check the status of your case using the My Case Status
Tool. If Case Status Online indicates that the document was mailed, please
allow approximately 30 days to receive your document.
